A “forum” means any listing about your expertise or business, message board, chat room, user review forum or other interactive service appearing on the site and includes both public pages or boards and private folders. You must register in accordance with instructions that you will find on the site in order to post a listing about your business or contribute to any forum. You may not post on any forum, or send to any other forum user or our staff, any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person’s privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights, or that would otherwise violate any law or be in bad taste according to our sole discretion.

You may not post material that solicits funds, is known to be false or that contains stock touts. You may not post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component. We are not responsible for material appearing in any forum on the site, except for material signed by one of our identified representatives. We are not responsible for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy or for any other reason. Registration

A listed service provider may be a business entity or an individual. Each listed service provider, whether a business entity or an individual, is entitled to only one account at the site and listings in up to five service categories as well as additional service categories the provider pays for. At no time are multiple people who are employed by or otherwise connected to the same business entity allowed to have their own service provider accounts in that business entity’s name. We will remove any such accounts.

One person may be the published contact person for multiple listed service provider accounts only if those listed service providers are separate business entities,

We reserve the right to reject or remove users or service providers who do not meet the needs of our group or the tone of the site’s community. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any forum user or general user who violates any of these terms of use, any of the forum member guidelines or for any other behavior that we, in our sole discretion, believe is inappropriate.

Miscellaneous

These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms of use will be subject to mediation in the State of Illinois. If any of these terms of use are found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms of use and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms of use may be modified only by our posting of changes to them on our site.
