I write creative non-fiction articles up to 2000 words in length on management, personal development, business, and nostalgia subjects. Topics that I have had published included assertiveness, coaching, decision-making, decisiveness, empathy, goals, listening, mentoring, patience, persistence, persuasion, employee retention, and trust. Articles have appeared in Contract Management, Contracting for Profits, Supervision, Modern Nursing, Grit, and Good Old Days. The articles contain a lead that grabs and holds the reader, a major theme stating the intent and focus of the article, a body that develops the major theme, and a closing reflecting the theme or lead. The finished article comes complete because I am also a developmental editor and a proofreader who will use my expertise to write outstanding works.
