Description for the category: Book interior designers

Perhaps you've been savvy enough to hire a professional to design the cover of your book. But you may not realize that one of the surest ways to reveal your status as a self-publishing author is to wrap your attractive cover around an amateurish page layout. The appearance, the content, and even the order of the parts of a book are determined by age-old traditions, and if your book doesn't follow the rules, you will immediately be outed as an amateur.

A good interior design does not draw attention to itself with oddball typefaces and superfluous decoration. Its function is to present and enhance the content in a way that seems so right, so natural, that the reader is unaware of the expertise involved.
